Product Description:Baikonur is a popular high-yielding hybrid table grape, known for its very large, elongated (4 cm) dark purple berries (12–16g) that have a crisp, dense texture and a sweet, delicate fruity flavor. It is an early-ripening (105-115 days), disease-resistant variety bred by E.G. Pavlovsky, suitable for commercial, greenhouse, and home cultivation in various climates. 

Appearance:Berries are long, dark blue or purple, often with a slight wax coating, and form large, loose to medium-dense conical bunches (700-1200g).

Taste/Flesh:Dense, crunchy flesh with a sweet, balanced flavour. It has a high sugar content (16–19%) and low acidity.

Cultivation & Growth:This is a vigorous, self-pollinating variety with high fruit-setting capacity, often producing 70-80% yielding vines.

Resistance:It exhibits strong resistance to fungal diseases, including mildew, oidium, and gray rot, and possesses high frost resistance (up to −23°C).

Harvesting:Early-season harvest, typically in early August, with good transportability and a low tendency for the skin to burst.
